Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist evaluates patients and provides therapeutic treatment in accordance with established plans of care and physician orders to support patient recovery and functional improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide and document physical therapy services in accordance with the plan of care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as needed.
• Comply with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of WA (or compact license).
• Minimum of 1 year of professional PT experience preferred.

• Current BLS/CPR certification.
