Key Supervisor Responsibilities The Lead Supervisor role is dynamic and essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and staff management at the restaurant. This position plays a vital part in executing company policies, maximizing profitability, and driving restaurant goals. Provide daily supervision of team members during opening and closing shifts to uphold and enhance company standards. Model professionalism while fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere to encourage team excellence. Focus on maximizing restaurant's financial success by conducting productive guest-centered shifts. Open and/or close the restaurant according to company guidelines. Support the team throughout the shift, irrespective of opening or closing duties. Address and resolve guest complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels. Perform any other assigned duties. Knowledge Requirements The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with adept conflict resolution and strong planning abilities. A dedication to exceptional guest service is crucial, along with proficiency in computer skills and basic math related to business operations. You'll also need exceptional team-building skills and the capacity to manage various projects effectively. Education and Experience A High School diploma or equivalent is required, along with prior leadership experience. A minimum of 1-2 years in a family, fast-food, or casual dining environment is strongly preferred. Additional education from college or culinary schools is a plus. Physical Requirements The physical demands of this role necessitate that employees can consistently perform essential tasks.
