Market Growth & Sales Manager - New Jersey

We're looking for a relationship-driven sales professional to take ownership of the New Jersey market and grow it.

This is a 50/50 sales and business development role. You'll sell directly to Chinese-speaking families seeking U.S. college and graduate admissions support while building the local partnerships, referral relationships, and network that generate new business.

You'll have the autonomy to build your market, backed by an established company, proven services, marketing resources, and education expertise. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission and performance-based incentives.

What You'll Do:

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through close, working directly with families and multiple decision-makers.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, B2B partnerships, community relationships, and local events.
• Build and maintain relationships with families, partners, and referral sources.
• Identify new opportunities to expand InGenius's presence and revenue in New Jersey.
• Serve as the primary commercial relationship for families during the sales and early transition process, partnering with the education team on service delivery.
• Represent InGenius in the local community and build a strong New Jersey presence.

What We're Looking For:

• Native Mandarin speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, recruitment, enrollment, education, or another relationship-driven commercial role.
• Comfortable generating your own opportunities and closing high-value, consultative sales.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and motivated by owning a market and growing revenue.
• Strong relationship builder who can earn trust with families, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Confident presenter and communicator.
• Bachelor's degree from a U.S. university.
• Experience in education, college admissions, or working with high-expectation families is a plus, but not required.

Location: New Jersey | Approximately 15% local travel / 85% remote

Compensation:  Total compensation ranges from $85,000 to $115,000, which includes a base salary, commissions, and additional bonus opportunity based on performance.
