You will earn $30–38/hour based on experience, plus tips, with a dedicated and experienced bathing team. A bathing team that helps bath, dry, and prep — you focus on cut and finish Steady, loyal, growing clientele — your table stays full A clean, calm, quiet salon (natural light, no fluorescents) built around the craft Some schedule flexibility — we will work with you An all‑experienced team that knows the craft and respects yours 401(k) and an employee discount on our premium products What you'll do Groom dogs of all breeds, sizes, and coat types to breed standard or owner preference Clip, scissor, and finish — plus nail trims, ear cleaning, and the occasional full bath when needed Read each dog’s coat and temperament and adjust your approach accordingly Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about their dog’s groom Keep a clean, sanitary, and organized station Handle every dog safely, patiently, and with care What we’re looking for 8+ years of professional grooming experience Confident across all breeds, sizes, and temperaments Strong scissoring and finishing skills Calm and patient with dogs and people Reliable, professional, and detail‑driven Certification not required — your work speaks for itself How to apply We’re hiring now and would love to see your work.
