Part-Time Receptionist

Responsibilities Receptionist Relief Duties Answers telephone Greets visitors Ensures all visitors sign in and out and receive the appropriate credentials (badge) and/or escort to enter the facility Mail and Shipments – as needed Sorts and Distributes incoming mail Stamps (meter) and sends outgoing mail Prepares UPS and FedEx mailings both in the computer and physically packaging/labeling container(s) Miscellaneous Maintain Corporate Office Library Assist E3 as needed Assist Corporate Safety Deptartment with STOP card tracking Receive and unreceive PO's Audit UPS and FedEX charges Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma 3-5 years professional office experience 3-5 years of human resources experience Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Telephone skills/PBX Computer proficient - MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Computer savvy in various software applications including the Internet Must be able to look at computer screen for several hours at a time Ability to set and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Multi-task oriented Professional demeanor Friendly ambassador Carefulness Cooperation Creativity Customer Service Orientation Order Savvy Stability Work Discipline Physical Requirements & Working Conditions To perform this job successfully, the physical demands listed are representative of those that must be met by an employee.
