Electronic Tester

Electronic TestersThis role is for electronic testers. This is a one year contract with temp to hire. Will convert to FTE at one year. Please note the required pay rates not just bill rate. There are five roles. All are 2nd shift, however training will be on 1st shift M-F 8am - 4pm for 2 months. Candidates must be paid. All employees are paid the same. 2nd shift hours will be Monday - Thursday 6:30pm - 4am.Role Focus: Hands-on support of commissioning activities under direct supervision, focused on electrical power and control systems within prefabricated modular data center products.Responsibilities:Perform basic pre-functional checks using approved OEM checklistsAssist senior technicians and commissioning engineers during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)Verify electrical terminations, labeling, grounding, and system completenessSupport equipment energization under close supervisionPerform basic control point and alarm verificationDocument test results and report discrepanciesFollow OEM safety procedures including lockout/tagout (LOTO)Systems Exposure: Low-voltage power systems, UPS and battery subsystems, basic PLC I/O, component-level testingExperience & Skills: 1–2 years relevant experience, technical or trade background, ability to read basic electrical drawings.EEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
