Employee Relations Specialist (Law Firm HR)

Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking an Employee Relations Generalist to support day-to-day HR functions across offices in a fast-paced, team-oriented firm. You will collaborate with the CHRO and Regional HR Manager to drive employee relations initiatives, policy interpretation, and seamless HR operations.
