Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program, or equivalent professional degree (Master’s or Doctorate accepted). Current, active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment. Proof of current CPR certification required. Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required. 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required. Previous home health experience preferred. Knowledge of durable medical equipment required. Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, heavy lifting, bending, pulling, and pushing required. Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally as needed required. Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
