Job Summary A growing organization in Concord, NC is seeking a Retail Sales Executive to drive new business growth, expand client relationships, and generate revenue across targeted markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship management. Leverage existing industry relationships and an established book of business to generate immediate revenue opportunities. Build trusted relationships with executive leaders, operational stakeholders, and key decision‑makers. Manage ongoing client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion. Partner with internal operations and leadership teams to support smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Maintain consistent sales activity, pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue production. Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year. Commission: 10% on all new client revenue generated during the client’s first year. Commission: 5% on client revenue generated after the first year. Commission: 2.5% on client revenue generated after five years. Job type: Direct hire. Location: Concord, NC.
