This role serves as the bridge between field operations and project management, providing leadership, accountability, and support to ensure successful project execution.The ideal candidate embodies Optiline's core values by leading with integrity, taking ownership of results, developing team members, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, supervise, and develop drywall and metal framing crews on commercial and residential construction projects.Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects Optiline's Family and Relationship values.Mentor Crew Leads, Journeymen, and Apprentices to build future leaders within the organization.Conduct daily crew meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and safety requirements.Project ExecutionRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accurate installation.Coordinate daily manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow to meet project schedules.Monitor productivity and proactively address obstacles that may impact project completion.Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to maintain project momentum.Quality & AccountabilityInspect work throughout all phases of construction to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards.Take ownership of project outcomes by identifying issues early and implementing corrective actions.Maintain accurate daily reports, production tracking, manpower logs, and material usage records.Ensure projects are completed right the first time while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.Safety LeadershipChampion Optiline's Safety culture by leading daily safety talks and promoting safe work practices.Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.Identify, communicate, and eliminate job-site hazards.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.Communication & RelationshipsServe as the primary field contact for Project Managers and other stakeholders.Communicate project progress, manpower needs, schedule impacts, and potential risks.Build strong working relationships with customers, subcontractors, inspectors, and fellow team members.Represent Optiline professionally on every job site.QualificationsRequiredMinimum 2 years of drywall and/or metal framing experience.Minimum 2 years in a Foreman, Crew Lead, or supervisory role.Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.Experience leading crews of 5–20+ employees.Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction best practices.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to work full-time in active construction environments.PreferredExperience in commercial construction and retail exterior projects.OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.Bilingual (English/Spanish).Experience with production tracking, scheduling, and field management software.Multi-state construction experience.Experience managing fast-paced, high-volume projects.The Optiline ForemanA successful Foreman at Optiline demonstrates our core values every dayPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.Ability to safely operate construction tools and equipment.Ability to work at heights when required.Why Join Optiline?Competitive compensationCareer advancement opportunitiesLeadership development and trainingComprehensive benefits packageFamily-oriented cultureOpportunity to work on exciting commercial and residential projectsA company committed to helping employees grow professionally and personallyForemanAbout OptilineAt Optiline Enterprises, our mission is to positively impact the lives of people in the construction industry through opportunities.
