Key Responsibilities Provide chairsideassistanceduring awide range of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, andmaintainOSHA and infection control standards Capture high-quality digital radiographs, intraoral photographs, and impressions or digital scans Accurately document patient records andassistwith clinical chartinginthe practice management system Deliver an exceptional patient experience by ensuring comfort, clear communication, and efficient clinical flow Prepare and turnoveroperatoriesefficiently between patients Coordinate and track laboratory cases, communicating with dental labs as needed Support same-day dentistry and digital workflows Monitor clinical inventory and restock treatment rooms and supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment Collaborate effectively with the clinical and administrative teamsto support daily operations Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable regulatory and safety protocols Required Qualifications Massachusettsdentalassistant certification Currentdentalradiology certification Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a professional, positive attitude Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding patient care Willingness to learn anduseadvanced dental technology, includingsame day crowns,digital scanning, and CBCT Proficiencywith dental practice management software Preferred Qualifications Current CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Two or more years of dentalassistingexperience Proficiencywith digital dental technology, including intraoral scanning, digital imaging, and electronic clinical documentation Experience withsurgical procedures, orthodontics, and same-day crownsis a plus Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental benefits Paid time off
