Job Details

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Project Coordinator to support our sales team and coordinate customer projects from initial inquiry through quoting, approvals, production release, delivery, and installation coordination.

7am-330pm
Fully in-Office (no remote option)

Responsibilities

• Accurate quotes and proposals using AutoQuotes.
• Support special-order pricing and product substitutions.
• Review architectural plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Identify project requirements, constraints, and scope gaps.
• Coordinate submittal packages, drawings, and approval cycles.
• Manage drawing revisions and outstanding customer approvals.
• Confirm dimensions, finishes, quantities, and product specifications.
• Accurate project files and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate projects through production, delivery, and installation.
• Communicate with sales representatives, dealers, and consultants.
• Track manufacturing timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination role.
• Proven experience with AutoQuotes (or similar), including data management and reporting.
• Strong skills in sales coordination, reporting, and documentation, with a keen eye for detail.
