Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist serves as Guarantee's digital visibility leader, ensuring our people, projects, expertise, and employee-owner culture are reaching and engaging the audiences that matter most. This role is responsible for the performance, reach, and effectiveness of Guarantee's digital ecosystem, helping connect key audiences to our expertise, opportunities, insights, and stories while ensuring a consistent and compelling digital brand experience.

With a sharp focus on ensuring our digital presence reflects the quality of our people, our projects and our work, this individual oversees Guarantee's website, search visibility, social media, paid media, email marketing, marketing technology and performance analytics. Partnering closely with the Content Specialist, they help ensure our stories, expertise, project successes, recruiting initiatives, thought leadership and market expertise are discoverable, engaging, measurable and aligned with business priorities across digital channels.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Website Strategy & Digital Experience

• Lead the strategy, performance, governance, and continuous improvement of Guarantee's website and digital experiences
• Improve user experience, content discoverability, accessibility, and conversion pathways that support recruiting, business development, and brand awareness goals
• Manage website content, landing pages, platform performance, and vendor relationships

Search Visibility & Digital Discovery

• Lead SEO, local search, AI-assisted search visibility, and answer-engine optimization initiatives
• Partner with the Content Specialist to optimize content for discoverability across search, AI-powered experiences, and priority markets
• Monitor search trends, keyword performance, and competitive visibility to identify opportunities and improve ranking

Social Media & Audience Growth

• Develop and execute social media strategies that support brand awareness, recruitment, thought leadership, community engagement, and business development
• Manage content distribution, publishing, audience engagement, and platform governance across key social channels
• Analyze performance and recommend improvements that strengthen audience growth and engagement

Digital Campaigns & Paid Media

• Create and manage integrated digital campaigns across owned and paid channels
• Manage paid media investments, targeting strategies, campaign optimization, and agency relationships
• Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend opportunities to improve visibility, engagement, recruiting outcomes, and business impact

Email Marketing & Marketing Automation

• Build, develop, and execute email marketing and automation strategies supporting recruiting, events, thought leadership, communications, and business development
• Manage audience segmentation, distribution lists, automated workflows, and campaign deployment
• Monitor engagement and continuously optimize performance

Analytics, Reporting & Marketing Technology

• Own digital reporting, analytics platforms, dashboards, and KPI measurement
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations that improve strategy, content planning, and investment decisions
• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for marketing technologies, website platforms, analytics tools, automation systems, CRM integrations, OpenAsset integrations, and digital workflows

 

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in digital marketing, website management, SEO, social media, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing websites, CMS platforms, digital campaigns, and marketing technologies.
• Strong understanding of SEO, AI-assisted search visibility, analytics, email marketing, paid media, and social media strategy.
• Experience analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for emerging digital trends, AI-driven search behavior, marketing technology, and evolving audience engagement practices.
• Experience in construction, engineering, professional services, industrial markets, or the AEC industry preferred.
