Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from initial planning and estimating through final completion.

The ideal candidate is an organized, deadline-driven professional with strong leadership skills, construction expertise, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project estimates, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Review construction plans, architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and safety standards.
• Prepare bids and ensure required documents are submitted by deadlines.
• Manage change orders and resolve project delays, risks, and conflicts.
• Conduct job-site inspections and project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and company safety policies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, RFIs, and submittals.
• Serve as a key company representative to clients and project owners.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience developing estimates, managing budgets, and coordinating project schedules.
• Knowledge of commercial construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Proficiency with construction project management and scheduling software, such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Primavera.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
• Professionalism and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
