Restaurant Manager
Braselton, GA
We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join a high-volume, guest-focused restaurant in Braselton, GA. This is a great opportunity for a strong hospitality leader who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment built around great food, sports, drinks, and an upbeat atmosphere. The ideal candidate for this role in Braselton, GA will be passionate about coaching teams, driving guest satisfaction, and leading by example on the floor every day.
This Restaurant Manager position in Braselton, GA offers a base salary of $65,000-$75,000 plus bonus, benefits, PTO, and long-term growth potential with a stable and growing company. We are looking for leaders in Braselton, GA who know how to build culture, motivate teams, and create an environment guests want to come back to again and again. Managers with high-volume casual dining, bar-focused, or sports-themed restaurant experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Lead daily FOH and BOH operations
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and team morale
• Coach, train, and develop hourly team members and supervisors
• Maintain labor, food cost, and operational standards
• Ensure a clean, safe, and high-energy environment
• Help create a fun and engaging guest experience
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• High-volume experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on management style
• Passion for hospitality and team development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
