About the Group

The Central Solutions Team (CST) is the firm's engine for winning large and mega deals. We build integrated, AI-led solutions in response to RFPs/RFIs and proactive pursuits spanning every capability Coforge offers: AI, Cloud, Data, Engineering, Enterprise Platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Pega, MuleSoft, Appian), Experience, Quality Engineering, and Business Process Solutions across every industry we serve, including Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Travel, Transportation & Hospitality, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Public Sector, Retail, Manufacturing & Consumer Goods, Hi-Tech, Telecom, Media, Energy & Utilities, and Automotive.

Role Summary

We're looking for Sr. Solutions Architect who can own end-to-end integrated solutioning for our largest, most complex strategic deals stitching together an AI led narrative and building compelling proposals. You will be the single point of accountability for turning a client's RFP/RFI or a proactive pitch into a winning, differentiated solution pulling together the right mix of capabilities and industry expertise, embedding AI at the core, building the E2E story telling for the proposal and building the outcome based commercial and delivery construct that closes the deal.

This is an individual contributor role. Where required, you will run the Winroom with the bid squad to keep collaboration tight and decisions fast.

Excellent written and communication skills along with highly collaborative and leadership skills is mandatory for this role. Should be well versed in using AI tools across the proposal value chain.

What You'll Own

Deal & Win Strategy

• Fully qualify the deal to ensure winnability and right utilization of resources across the organization.

• Lead the win strategy workshop for each pursuit and shape the win themes, differentiators, and the storyline the entire bid will be built around.

• Conduct competitive research and bring in an industry’s outside in view into the proposal

• Own the executive problem statement, grounded in research, data analysis, and SME insight, that frames the client's real business challenge.

Integrated Solution Design

• Architect the full AI led solution across the relevant mix of capabilities spanning Cloud, Data, Engineering, Enterprise Platforms, Experience, Quality Engineering, and BPS tailored to the client's industry context.

• Integrate transition, transformation, and innovation roadmaps into one coherent solution rather than a set of disconnected service-line responses.

• Sharp expertise in AI, all capabilities including Cloud, Data, Engineering, Enterprise Platforms, Experience, Quality Engineering, and BPS

• Thorough understanding of AI led Deal Archetypes and applying that narrative to shape the deals (both proactive and reactive)

• Direct the entire bid team including the client partners, service lines solutioning teams, industry practice teams, delivery teams to build a tightly integrated solution with AI at the core.

• Stitch together relevant solution assets, case studies, references, and differentiations to make the proposal compelling and improve the chances of winnability

• Bring a strong, credible AI point of view to every solution, identify where AI (agentic systems, automation, predictive analytics, data, knowledge layer, decisioning layers, etc) creates measurable client value, and make that the spine of the proposal, not a bolt-on.

• Own the overall proposal narrative the "why us, why this solution, why now" story and keep it sharp, consistent, and client-centric from first draft to final orals.

• Exhibit excellent story telling skills to make the proposal uniquely differentiated in the story telling, integrated solution and AI first messaging.

Commercial Solutioning

• Co-develop the win-price strategy with sales and finance: pricing model, business case, and investment ask.

• Integrate estimation across all service lines into one pricing coherent solution.

• Own the internal P&L and cash flow view for the deal in partnership with Finance and HR.

• Ability to build outcome based innovative pricing models

Risk & Governance

• Run a quantitative risk assessment of the client's current landscape to inform the outsourcing/transformation model being proposed.

• Drive senior leadership reviews and keep leadership aligned through each gate of the bid lifecycle.

Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, delivery, technology service lines, industry practice teams, HR, Finance, and Legal to build a response and pricing structure that is deliverable, competitive, and legally sound.

• Where required, run the Winroom keeping the bid squad aligned and decisions moving fast.

What You Bring

• 15+ years of overall experience.

• 5–7 years in IT/technology large deals solutioning (AI led, Applications, Infrastructure, Data, BPO), including hands-on experience building large, complex deal proposals.

• 2–3 years in deep AI, Data and Engineering solutioning expertise is mandatory.

• Will be highly desirable to have Consulting background: McKinsey, PWC, Bain, BCG

• Depth in at least one industry vertical: Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Travel, or similar with the range to flex across others.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate solutions across applications, infrastructure, data, and BPO with an AI led narrative, rather than working with a single service line in isolation.

• Current, practical knowledge of AI capabilities and how to embed them credibly into a client solution.

• Well versed in using AI tools across the proposal value chain: research and RFP analysis, content generation and reuse, estimation, graphics/storyboarding, and proposal quality/compliance checks to raise the speed and quality of every bid.

• Comfortable presenting and defending a solution in front of client CXOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).

• Master's degree in business administration is highly preferred.
