Lauber Community Partners is pleased to be conducting an exclusive executive search for our client, Goodman Community Center, located in Madison, WI . We are seeking a strategic, mission-driven Vice President of Human Resources to lead our client’s People & Culture function. Reporting to the President and serving on the executive team, this role will drive workforce strategy, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure HR operations to support long-term mission impact. Goodman Community Center provides mission-driven programming, youth workforce participation, community-centered operations, participant employment integration, within a multi-department organizational structure. What You’ll Do Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team Lead workforce planning, organization design, and staffing strategy Ensure compliance with employment laws and workforce regulations Oversee employee relations and investigations Advise leadership on organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and risk Drive performance management, culture initiatives, and change management Manage HRIS and People & Culture partnerships Lead compensation strategy, pay equity, and performance review processes Manage HR operations, develop and refine policies, procedures, compliance, and workforce analytics Oversee HR budget, forecasting, and vendor partnerships What You Bring 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience Expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and compliance SHRM Certification required Why Apply?
