Whether you want steady weekly resets or prefer to stay out longer to earn more, Hill Brothers puts the choice in your hands and backs it up with reliable freight and driver-first support. Regional CDL A Truck Driver Job Overview Strong base pay with real upside. Earn $0.63CPM, with annual earnings reaching up to $85,000 depending on miles and performance.* Additional bonuses that reward extra miles. Earn an additional $0.06 CPM bonus after 2,700 miles per week, plus additional pay for specialized work such as chaining, port pay, & container swap pay where applicable Home weekly-with flexibility. Get home at least 2 nights per week. Enjoy Friday/Saturday, Saturday/Sunday or Sunday/Monday off. Predictable routes. Drivers will stay within 350 miles of home. Strong miles to ramp up your earnings. Pull 40' or 53? reefer containers while averaging 2,200 - 2,800 miles per week.
