Why This Opportunity Stands Out Meaningful work serving the local community Supportive and team-oriented EMS environment Opportunity to utilize advanced emergency care skills Variety in daily responsibilities and patient care situations Stable healthcare organization with long-term growth opportunities What You’ll Do Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls Provide advanced life support (ALS) care in the field Assess, stabilize, and transport patients safely Administer medications, IV therapy, airway management, and cardiac monitoring within scope of practice Communicate critical patient information to dispatch and receiving facilities Complete accurate patient care documentation and reports Ensure ambulances, equipment, and supplies remain response-ready at all times Work collaboratively with hospital staff, law enforcement, and fire personnel to provide coordinated patient care What We’re Looking For Required: Current Texas Paramedic or Licensed Paramedic certification Valid driver’s license AHA CPR Certification Preferred: 1 year of EMS or emergency medical experience Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who is: Compassionate and patient-focused Dependable and team-oriented Comfortable making quick decisions in emergency situations Physically capable of performing field and transport responsibilities Passionate about serving their community through emergency medical care Work Environment This role includes: Emergency response and patient transport Working in dynamic and unpredictable environments Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and patient movement Exposure to high-acuity emergency situations Collaborative work with EMS, hospital, and first responder teams The Bottom Line If you’re a Paramedic looking for a rewarding opportunity where your skills directly impact lives every day, this is a chance to join a team committed to exceptional patient care and community service in Hamilton, Texas.
