Location: Greater Denver Metro & Denver Foothills Area
Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Pay: Hourly | Based upon experience

Are you an experienced HVAC installer ready to take the lead? Apple Aire is looking for a motivated Lead
Install Technician who is passionate about their craft, committed to top-tier customer service, and excited to mentor the next generation of HVAC professionals.

What You’ll Do:
- Arrive on time to the office and all job sites
- Load company vehicle with necessary tools and equipment
- Prepare each job site with care (floor coverings, protection, etc.)
- Complete HVAC system installations with precision and attention to detail
- Perform full system testing to ensure proper operation
- Provide clear, professional customer education on system use
- Maintain detailed records in ServiceTitan, including job notes and payment collection
- Mentor junior installers and support ongoing team training
- Ensure job site and personal safety at all times
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked company vehicle (monthly inspections required)
- Wear and maintain a clean company uniform
- Participate in coaching, training, and continuing education
- Act as a brand ambassador for Apple Aire, upholding our high standards of quality and service
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- EPA Certification
- Proven HVAC installation experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in a relevant field
- NATE Certification
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software
- Participation in Praxis S10 Continuing Education
