Assistant Property Manager - 28 hours per week

Oakbrook Corporation is seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at Riverview Heights Senior Apartments in Janesville, WI. In this role, you will work closely with residents, vendors, and the property manager to maintain a welcoming, supportive, and professionally managed environment. About the Role As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be an essential part of the property's daily workflow. Your responsibilities will include responding to resident inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring that services are completed efficiently and with care. You will assist with lease administration, conduct property inspections, help implement marketing initiatives, and provide informative tours to prospective residents. This position offers meaningful hands-on experience in real estate management, senior living operations, and customer service—all within a collaborative team environment where professional growth is encouraged.
