Job Responsibilities Evaluates and provides technical solutions to moderately complex application development problems Creates functional requirements, gap analysis, and design documents. Build and manage decision models, rule flows, and governance frameworks. Collaborate with business teams to define rule requirements, vocabularies, and domain models. Optimize rule execution pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability. Integrate rule engines with microservices, APIs, and event‑driven systems. Deploy rule applications to Kubernetes/OpenShift and maintain CI/CD workflows. Conduct rule testing, simulation, debugging, and coverage analysis. Maintain rule repositories, manage versioning, and support multi‑environment promotion. Analyze production rule performance and implement monitoring, logging, and audit mechanisms. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in BRMS development with IBM ODM and/or Drools. Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, REST APIs, and microservice architecture. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization. Solid understanding of Rete algorithms, decision modeling, and rule governance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams. Salesforce Developer Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Technology, Information Systems or related and 6 months of exp to design, develop, test, document and deploy on the Force.com platform. Involve in development, administration, configuration and Support of sales force CRM and Salesforce applications based on Apex Language and leveraging Force.com Platform. Analyze and modify Salesforce out‑of‑box workflows, field updates and approval process to suit the business needs. Provide support to ongoing salesforce.com maintenance, administration services including custom objects, workflow and triggers. Integration of Salesforce Applications using SOAP and REST Services. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective fixes.
