Sr. Preconstruction Services Manager

Overview Harmon, Inc. leads the project sales effort, focusing on bid execution and preconstruction support. This role prioritizes building client relationships and delivering superior bid performance. Responsibilities Lead the preconstruction sales effort. Manage the bid procurement process, ensuring clarity and alignment across finance, estimating, engineering, manufacturing, operations and management. Execute budgets, bid estimates and sales proposals. Track and update management on sales opportunities regularly. Drive business development activities within the assigned market region. Leverage critical thinking, analytical abilities and business acumen to deliver profitable sales. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Sales and Marketing, Business or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of related experience in project management, engineering or sales, preferably with a curtain wall subcontractor or manufacturer. Curate wall and/or glazing experience required. Strong relationship‑building skills with clients, architects, consultants and supply chain partners. Key Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Collaboration and teamwork.
