Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner Provider

Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner Provider to join our team in our Columbus and Sun Prairie clinic locations. This position is a 0.8-1.0 FTE primarily working Monday - Friday, days. No weekends or holidays required.

Position Summary The Clinical Advanced Practicing Provider, under the supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations and Collaborating/Supervising Physician(s), assists in the delivery of quality medical care; working in conjunction with clinical support staff.

Education Requirements/Licensure/Certification/Registration:

State of Wisconsin RN license
Master of Science degree or equivalent
National Certification (AANP, ANCC, NCB/PNP, or NCC)
State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) Certification.
ACLS certification preferred.
3 years of relevant clinical experience as an NP strongly preferred.

State of Wisconsin Physician Assistant License required.
National Certification (NCCPA) required.
ACLS certification preferred
3 years of relevant clinical experience as an PA strongly preferred.

Shift: Monday-Friday, days. No weekends or holidays.

FTE: 0.8-1.0
