What You'll Do:Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stationsOperate dish machines per manufacturer instructionsWash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookwareMaintain accurate temperature and sanitation logsComplete daily and weekly cleaning assignmentsClean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areasAssist with storage, labeling, and rotation of suppliesFollow OSHA and food safety regulations at all timesSupport dining service duties as assignedYou help create a safe, organized kitchen environment that supports quality meal service and resident well-being.
