We are a horizontal team working closely across all products in Workspace to provide a platform for high usage AI features to Workspace products, and we own e2e feature development for horizontal AI features. Own and guide high-impact infrastructure projects from requirements through launch, including defining requirements, identifying dependencies, managing project schedules, and performing risk management. Identify trends and themes among project and team issues, and drive root-cause analysis with the development, product, and UX teams. Address the challenges of scope creep, shifting priorities, and delayed timelines while maintaining a clear focus on delivering results. Work with developers and leadership to distill complex technical concepts into actionable steps. Help bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership by showcasing the impact of infrastructure work. Lead efforts to quantify and communicate the value of ongoing projects, helping secure buy-in, alignment on direction and visibility.
