MUST:
3+ year of recent experience in a high volume multi provider medical office Strong experience greeting and checking patients in Collecting ID's and insurance Checking patients out Scheduling upcoming procedures Verifying insurance coverage Collecting and processing payments Great customer service skills Experience answering phones Documenting and updating patient information in EMR Handle translations for Spanish speaking patientsDUTIES:
The Medical Receptionist duties include but are not limited to the following: Check patients in Collect insurance cards and ID's Verify insurance Check patients out Schedule procedures Answer phones Document and update patient information in EMR Schedule appointments Provide customer service support Provide administrative support for the office Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
