Senior AI Protocol Engineer - Developer Reputation Platform

We’re building a Web3 developer reputation platform that creates verifiable developer profiles from on-chain activity, smart contract deployments, attestations, project history, technical contributions, and AI-based analysis.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior AI Protocol Engineer to design and improve the AI systems behind developer analysis, reputation scoring, technical evidence processing, and protocol-level decision logic.

## Responsibilities

* Design and build AI-powered developer analysis and reputation systems

* Develop scoring, ranking, classification, and technical evaluation pipelines

* Integrate LLMs and AI models with blockchain and on-chain data

* Build structured workflows for processing GitHub activity, smart contracts, attestations, project history, and other technical evidence

* Design AI agents and automated reasoning workflows for developer verification and assessment

* Improve model reliability, consistency, explainability, and resistance to manipulation

* Develop evaluation frameworks for AI-generated reputation scores and technical assessments

* Work on protocol rules connecting AI outputs with attestations, reputation data, and smart contracts

* Design APIs and backend services for AI inference and protocol integrations

* Optimize inference cost, latency, caching, and scalability

* Identify prompt injection, data poisoning, Sybil, reputation gaming, and other AI/protocol security risks

* Write tests, evaluation tooling, monitoring systems, and technical documentation

## What We’re Looking For

* 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

* Strong practical experience in AI, protocol engineering, blockchain infrastructure, or related systems

Experience in one or more of the following areas is especially relevant:

* LLM application and protocol engineering

* AI agents and autonomous workflows

* Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

* AI evaluation and benchmarking

* Structured outputs and tool/function calling

* Python / TypeScript

* Open-source or commercial LLM integration

* Embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval

* AI inference infrastructure

* Reputation, ranking, recommendation, or scoring systems

* Blockchain / Web3 data

* Smart contracts and attestations

* Decentralized identity or verifiable credentials

* AI security and adversarial testing

* ZKML, verifiable inference, or decentralized AI protocols

You do not need experience with everything. Strong hands-on experience building production AI systems, protocol infrastructure, or AI + Web3 applications is more important than familiarity with every technology listed above.

Experience working with developer tooling, GitHub data, blockchain analytics, reputation systems, or technical assessment platforms is especially relevant.
