PRIMARY DUTIES

Use of hand truck to move skids of chemicals Capable of identifying different types of chemicals Is able to fill and operate the feeder system at the Henschel blender and small adds station Can operate the Henschel blender to mix chemical blends Understands how to use the digital scales for weighing chemicals Determines which Henschel blend is needed per work order and calculates how many batches are required Determines which small adds are needed per work order and calculates how many bags are needed Knows the proper use of all Personal Protective Equipment required for this position Properly labels all containers of chemicals Keeps work area clean and free of safety hazards Commitment to ISO9001 and Continuous Improvement Identifies and/or records any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system Hourly pay ranges from $21.62 to $21.94 based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is eligible for an annual performance increase, subject to or based on individual performance, business results, budgetary constraints, and other factors.
