Billing Analyst

Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing operations, the full-time remote Billing Analyst will manage and process invoices, oversee Accounts Receivable functions, and collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies. Key responsibilities Manage and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner Oversee Accounts Receivable functions, including collections and reconciliations Collaborate with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure data integrity Required qualifications Proven experience in Accounting, specifically with Accounts Receivable and Invoices Demonstrated proficiency in Analytical Thinking and Data Analysis Strong understanding of Financial Reporting and Analysis principles Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on Deadline Management and High Accuracy Functional Expertise in billing systems and financial software
