ComForCare Home Care is a leading provider of personalized in-home care services, helping clients live independently and safely in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team on a part-time and PRN basis.

Position Summary

The RN will provide skilled nursing services in a home setting, supporting clients with clinical needs while also conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans. This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful one-on-one patient care.

What we are looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice
• CPR certification
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety and infection control practices

What you will be doing:

• Perform skilled nursing procedures in the home, including:
• IV infusions
• Wound care
• Medication setup and management
• Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, CHF, COPD)
• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Monitor client progress and communicate changes to appropriate parties
• Educate clients and family members on care needs and disease management
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Salary Range:

• $45-50 per hour depending on experience
