The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. Supervisor, Last Mile Operations – Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Assign work activities and monitor group activities Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs Manage inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance Minimum Qualifications 2 years of experience in a supervisory role 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation Experience with Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong math skills and solid analytical ability Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 pounds Benefits Competitive pay Paid time off includes: up to 8 holidays, up to 2 floating Diversity Days, 13 days PTO for hourly employees, 15 days PTO for salaried employees, up to 40 hours bereavement leave, up to 16 hours volunteer time, jury duty, at least 2 weeks family bonding leave, up to 40 hours prenatal care leave 401(k) retirement plan with up to 5% company match Insurance: health, prescription, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life, short and long‑term disability, accidental death and personal loss, business travel, legal services, ID theft, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance Tax‑advantaged accounts: Health Savings Account, Health Care Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Commuter Spending Account Health Reimbursement Arrangement Culture Our values are the key to our unique culture and our ability to deliver for everyone we serve.
