Director of Sales Operations

JOB PURPOSE :

The Director of Sales Operations (DSO) is responsible for leading a team of Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP) and oversees the sales process to achieve high market growth. They support the sales team by providing coaching, mentorship, and support to drive revenue growth and outstanding customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Recruits, hires, and onboards new team members to support long-term growth goals. Performs quarterly ride- alongs with each team member to evaluate and support ATP development. Create and implements growth and development plans for Assistive Technology Professionals. Develop and execute strategies for expanding the area referral base across key business segments. Responsible for developing new referral relationships and growing existing referral base through strategic externally focused activities including: business partnership reviews, account meetings, and cold calls. Represents Numotion at conferences, trade fairs and networking events. Manages the financial performance of the team to meet top line revenue goals, optimize gross margin and grow EBITDA. Identifies opportunities for processes improvements and drives consistent pipeline growth. Engages and partners closely with cross functional business leaders, providing open communication and ensuring processes align to the achievement of the most important shared goals. Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integri ty, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion's mission . Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion's policies and federal regulations. Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times . Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS , AND EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered. Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience. Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring and/or coaching.

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATION S:

Experience in a clinical/therapy role and/or ATP role. Knowledge of CRT (Complex Rehab Technology) business. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of data driven decision-making. Inspires and motivates others to perform well, effectively influences actions and opinions of others; provides vision to peers and team. Ability to effectively utilize technology and able to learn and adapt to innovative technology environments. Demonstrates ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, working with cross functional team members to achieve shared goals. Proven ability to act as a change agent within a rapidly changing environment. Ability to develop and execute multiple business priorities and approaches to meet objectives . Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills Superior written and verbal communication skills, to effectively address all levels within the organization. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
