Job Description Urology opening in WashingtonLocated in Pullman, WA - Spokane 80mFull-time; PermanentEmployedOverview: - Call: 1:5 - EMR: Epic - Patients per day: 20-25 - General schedule: 4 days per week - DaVinci Robot - Work with the healthcare team to provide patients with family medicine medical care services within the standard of care for family medicine patients. - Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a specified patient population. - Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens to treat identified and documented medical conditions. - Order laboratory and diagnostic tests and refer patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate. - Analyze reports, test results, medical records, and examinations to diagnose condition of patients and propose treatment options. - Discuss potential side effects of medication/treatment with patients and ensure that all allergy information is up to date before prescribing medication/treatment. - Provide advice to patients for lifestyle and diet changes that may improve their health or help treat the health issue they are experiencing. - Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required. - Adhere to organization and departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards. - Document patient care conversations, care provided, and all other work as defined by organizational standards in the EMR.Comp/Benefits: - Salary Range: $500,000-$600,000 Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. - Medical/Vision, Dental, Health Savings Account, and Paid Leave Time - Employer Paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability - Retirement with Employer Matching Contributions - Voluntary Benefits that include: Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, and Short-Term Disability - Services Discount and EAP ResourcesPullman, WA, with a population of around 32,868, is a vibrant city in southeastern Washington, known for its scenic landscapes and the presence of Washington State University.
