Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities Prepares individualized meal plans that consider the needs of the patient including; medical, nutritional, age, cultural, religious and ethical concerns Provides updates on the nutritional status of each patient weekly as part of team rounds/meetings and as requested Collaborates with medical professionals to assure patient nutrition needs are met. Completes all required documentation and reports in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with the policies and procedures QUALIFICATIONS For a Registered Dietitian Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
