Night shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM with alternating weekends.

Job Description

The Med Surg RN will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in a dynamic hospital setting. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Perform patient assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-care procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Cerner experience preferred.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
