Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursery

Role Overview: This position provides direct clinical patient care and assumes responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for assigned patients on a per shift and unit basis. It involves supervising staff, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing services, and supporting competency development of clinical staff. The RN coordinates patient care within the medical regime, adhering to safety, risk management, and infection control standards. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, and deliver patient care based on established standards Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff Ensure compliance with safety, quality improvement, and infection control protocols Coordinate care to discharge patients with optimal outcomes Perform hospital incident command system duties during emergencies Follow hospital emergency codes and policies Perform related duties as required Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing school Current licensure, certification, or registration as required by law CPR certification Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing #J-18808-Ljbffr Rock Health
