Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in San Bernardino, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support daily operations, and help address security-related concerns through a visible presence and clear communication. In this role, you will deliver strong customer service while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, and integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures and supporting appropriate emergency response activities at an industrial location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe movement of people, vehicles, and/or deliveries in accordance with post orders and location policies. Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or potential hazards that could impact the location or its personnel. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
