Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients in both the office and community settings, providing focused attention to those with complex mental and emotional challenges.

• Establish strong rapport and trust with clients and colleagues, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Participate collaboratively in team meetings to align on treatment goals and share insights for client welfare.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, identifying the need for more in-depth evaluations when necessary.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that include case management and coordination of services among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Monitor client progress across treatment goals, adapting interventions as needed to promote effective outcomes.

• Assist in crisis intervention and emergency support, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients at all times.

• Carry a caseload involving assessments, individual and group therapies, and family therapy to provide comprehensive care.

• Ensure timely documentation and completion of treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant records.

• Provide on-call support for clients during and outside of program hours as assigned.

• Actively contribute to committees focused on quality improvement and enhanced agency service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
