Key Responsibilities Operate Articulated Haul Trucks: Safely and efficiently operate haul trucks to transport materials around the job site, collaborating with Foremen and Dozer Operators to ensure smooth operations. Assist Foreman: Provide support to the site Foreman in coordinating tasks, assisting with material handling, and ensuring project milestones are met. Conduct Safety & Maintenance Walkarounds: Perform regular safety checks and maintenance inspections on your haul truck to ensure it’s in proper working order and safe for operation. General Site Assistance: As needed, assist with other tasks around the job site, supporting team members and ensuring the site is running efficiently. Qualifications Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the job site. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions. Safety‑Oriented: A strong understanding of and adherence to safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the job site. Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other team members to ensure proper coordination and project success. Work Ethic & Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn new skills and grow in the construction industry.
