Position Overview
Our organization is in search of an Associate Medical Director to enhance clinical leadership within our primary care centers dedicated to senior patients. This pivotal role involves delivering direct medical care to adults aged 65 and older, promoting evidence-based practices, and advancing initiatives focused on quality, safety, and value.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care for individuals aged 65 and above.
- Guide and implement evidence-based medical practices.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving quality, safety, and value in healthcare.
- Mentor and develop clinicians within the team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Lead preventive care and wellness programs tailored for seniors.
- Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- A strong passion for geriatric care and improving the lives of older adults.
