Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Equipment Finance Underwriter to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Equipment Finance Underwriter, you will be integral to supporting the Finance department, working closely with various teams to ensure accurate financial analysis and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Des Moines, IA/ Irving, TX/ Minneapolis, MN

What's the Job?

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Finance.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Finance challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate strategically and consult with client personnel to meet organizational goals.
• Support offshore support activities, including Shannon - Offshore support, to enhance operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of Finance experience, demonstrated through work, consulting, military experience, or education.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial data and challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to review and interpret financial policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
