Responsibilities and Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Project Power BI OneDrive SharePoint Online Planner and Adobe Acrobat.
• Provide advanced user support and consultation services for Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools.
• Assist users with advanced Excel formulas pivot tables data modeling reporting automation dashboards and business analytics solutions.
• Design develop and maintain Power BI dashboards executive reporting solutions scorecards and operational metrics.
• Develop and maintain project schedules roadmaps resource trackers and reporting products utilizing Microsoft Project and related technologies.
• Administer SharePoint Online environments including site creation permissions management content organization governance and document management solutions.
• Support OneDrive file management data recovery collaboration capabilities sharing permissions and synchronization activities.
• Design and maintain templates forms presentations reports workflows and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
• Assist users with workflow modernization business process improvement records management and information-sharing initiatives.
• Deliver classroom instruction workshops one-on-one coaching and end-user training programs.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles user guides standard operating procedures and training materials.
• Provide white-glove support to executive leadership Commissioners senior government officials and high-visibility stakeholders.
• Partner with Service Desk Infrastructure Cybersecurity and Engineering teams to improve collaboration services and user adoption of Microsoft technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency through automation reporting and collaboration platforms.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Secret Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Information Systems or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• 5-8 years supporting Microsoft 365 technologies in a federal government or enterprise environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel Power BI SharePoint Online OneDrive Outlook Word PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
• Experience developing dashboards executive reporting solutions and business analytics products.
• Experience supporting document management and collaboration platforms.
• Strong communication presentation training and customer engagement skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting federal agencies and executive-level users.
• Experience with Power Automate Power Apps and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience supporting records management and knowledge management initiatives.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification.
• Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer certification.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.

Overview

TekSynap is seeking an M365 Productivity & Collaboration Specialist to support the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) Information Technology Service Desk Support Services contract. This position serves as the primary subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 productivity applications collaboration platforms reporting solutions and business process modernization initiatives. The Enterprise Productivity & Collaboration Specialist is responsible for helping USITC personnel maximize the use of Microsoft technologies through advanced support consultation training reporting solutions and collaboration services.

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $80000.00 - $120000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary and will be determined on several factors regarding the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
