School Food Service Manager

Overview School Food Service Manager needed for a food service program in the Winter Haven, FL area. Monday through Friday, day shift. No weekends, or holidays. Summers off. Note: We will train on Manager responsibilities. ServSafe® certification is a plus; if not, we will train to obtain the certificate. Qualifications Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools, following standardized recipes and food safety standards are required. Experience with leading a team is required. Responsibilities Oversee cafeteria operation on a daily basis. Serving, food preparation, etc. Observe that the quality and food safety procedures are being followed at all times. Prepare inventories and month end paperwork. Oversee cafeteria staff and staffing needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
