• Experience: 2+ years in primary care or family medicine

What You’ll Do:

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages at Fayette and Stonecrest medical centers
• Manage an estimated volume of 20 patients daily within scheduled hours
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
• Complete Epic training sessions (every other week, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) after credentialing
• Document patient interactions accurately within the Epic electronic health records system
• Contribute to a welcoming, patient-centered environment focused on health and wellness

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid Georgia medical license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in family medicine or primary care
• Ability to see all ages
• Excellent communication and clinical skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Epic electronic health records
• Flexibility to transition between facilities in September
