Summary We are seeking to hire experienced personnel for a Commercial Billing Administrator position in our Forest Hill, Maryland corporate headquarters. Primary responsibilities involve administration of special billing, posting payments on customer accounts and providing customer service as needed regarding their billing. This full-time, in-person employment opportunity in scenic Harford County offers you experience that will advance your career, knowledge growth, and professional development. Responsibilities Apply payments to invoices. Take customer calls regarding invoices, payments, and account questions. Resolve payment discrepancies through direct communication with customers. Perform outbound calls to customers on past-due accounts. Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good customer service and communication skills. Ability to analyze, problem solve and meet deadlines.
