Member Data Verification Assistant (Temporary) Arlington, VA 22212 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM $25/hour Duration: 3–5 months Schedule: On-site Overview NRI Staffing is seeking a Member Data Verification Assistant to support a short-term data cleanup initiative. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume outbound calls while maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to members to verify and update personal and account information Accurately document all interactions and updates within internal systems Follow established scripts, SOPs, and job aids to ensure consistency and compliance Process updates related to member status, including military status changes Provide general information to members regarding services, products, and organizational details Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Sort incoming mail, assist with outgoing mail (including postage), and support document digitization efforts Assist with additional data cleanup and administrative projects as needed Collaborate with team members to meet daily and project-based goals Participate in cross-training to support operational continuity Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or 1–2 years of experience in a professional office environment with phone-based support Strong customer service and communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) NRI is an equal opportunity employer.
