HRIS Analyst

Driving hands-on maintenance and optimization of HR systems, the remote HRIS Analyst will focus on the Workday platform, manage system configurations, provide troubleshooting support, and assist with end-user training. Key responsibilities Manage the HR Systems Servicedesk ticket queue and triage incoming tickets Provide ongoing support by researching and resolving system issues and building effective solutions Participate in testing new system functionalities and support vendor release activities, including impact analysis and feature deployment Required qualifications A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Workday Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookup and pivot tables Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information Proactive curiosity and a passion for problem-solving A Bachelor's degree is preferred
