\n Top Medical Group is actively recruiting for full-time Family Medicine Physicians to join our area clinics...\n
\n\n Clinics Overview:\n
- \n
- Monday – Friday (no weekends) with some schedule flexibility with options for a 4-day work week. \n
- Call – 1 weekday call every 1-2 months, 1 weekend a year complemented by RN’s taking first calls \n
- Patient per day - 20 average \n
- Provider to MA ratio: minimum 1:1.5 \n
- E-consult capability \n
- Multispecialty clinics throughout our service area \n
- Phlebotomists on site \n
\n

- \n
- BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds \n
- Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority \n
\n Compensation Range - $270,000 - $490,000\n
\n- \n
- Our plan includes an income guarantee \n
- RVU bonus incentive \n
- Reimbursement toward moving expenses for qualified individuals \n
- Vacation, sick and holiday time off \n
