Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality therapeutic services to pediatric clients with a variety of developmental and physical needs. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, team-oriented, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Responsibilities Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients Conduct therapeutic activities that support fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, daily living skills, and overall functional development Monitor patient progress and communicate updates, concerns, and observations to the supervising Occupational Therapist Educate families and caregivers on treatment goals, therapeutic strategies, and home activities to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, treatment sessions, and progress notes Ensure therapy sessions are engaging, safe, and developmentally appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive patient care Maintain professionalism and uphold patient confidentiality and ethical standards at all times Qualifications Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) required Active state licensure/certification in good standing Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and pediatric therapeutic techniques Pediatric experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with children and families Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment Passion for helping children achieve developmental and functional goals Benefits & Perks 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Flexible scheduling opportunities Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunities for professional growth and development Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person Apply Today If you are passionate about helping children develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed, we would love to hear from you.
